Pastogė, kuri slėpė daug iššūkių ir užduočių. Buto erdvė visgi perplanuota taip, kad ji taptų tiek funkciškai, tiek vizualiai modernia ir patogia gyvenamąją erdve. Užduotys įveiktos, paslėpta rekuperacinę sistema ir kiti techniniai sprendiniai vizualiai nesužeminant ir taip neaukštą erdvę. Suprojektuotos patalpas taip, kad patogu būtų atsistojus gaminti maistą arba praustis po dušu, kas šlaitų pilnoje erdvėje nebuvo iš pirmo žvilgsnio savaime suprantama. Šie architektūriniai sprendiniai padiktavo inovatyvius sprendimus interjere, taip virtuvėje nebeliko vietos erdviniam garų surinkėjui, pasirinkta indukcinėje kaitlentė su integruota gartraukio funkcija. Vonios patalpoje, vietoj dviejų santechnikos prietaisų – wc ir bide, atsirado vienas išmanusis tualetas apjungiantis klozeto ir bide funcijas. Atsižvelgta ir į užsakovo norą turėti tamsių atspalvių koloritą, apdailos medžiagose atsiranda šalti balti, pilki, juodi, melyni atspalviai. Interjere dominuoja akmens, metalo, odos faktūros. Kaip atsvara šalčiui, atsiranda natūralus medis. Minkštumui, natūralumui ir jaukumui sustiprinti įvesta pilkinto medžio ir natūralaus lukšto deriniai – grindyse, duryse, baldų detalese.
A modern penthouse
This specific shelter hid many challenges and tasks. In the end, the apartment space has been redesigned to become both functionally and visually modern and comfortable as a living space. Tasks were overcome, a hidden recuperation system and other technical solutions were implemented without visually obscuring space. The rooms were designed so that it would be convenient to stand up while cooking or taking a shower, which was not obvious when taking the first glance in this space full of slopes. These architectural solutions dictated innovative solutions in the interior, eliminating space in the kitchen for an exhaust hood. To solve this, an induction hob with an integrated extractor hood was chosen. In the bathroom, instead of two plumbing fixtures - toilet and bidet - one smart toilet was installed, combining toilet and bidet functions.The client's desire to have a dark colour scheme was also taken into consideration, and cold white, gray, black, blue tones appear in the finishing materials. The interior is dominated by stone, metal, and leather textures. As a counterweight to cold colours and textures, natural wood emerges. Combinations of gray wood and natural shell have been introduced to enhance softness, naturalness and cosiness - in floors, doors, and furniture pieces.
