Prie Vilnelės naujai atgimusiame sostinės Paupio rajone įrengtas trijų kambarių, 72 kv. metrų butas.
Kadangi kurdami interjerus stengiamės išlaikyti pagarbą statinio architektūrai ir sukurti ryšį su ja, pasirinkome modernią, tiesių linijų, gana lakonišką stilistiką. Taip pat tam tikrais interjero sprendimais siekta ir artimesnio ryšio su pastatu, bei aplinka.
Apjungti ir prireikus atskirti visas buto erdves buvo vienas iš pagrindinių išsikeltų tikslų kuriant interjerą. Buto kambariai pasiekiami iš koridoriaus, kuris tampa centrine buto erdvių ašimi ir interjero architektūrinių sprendimų pradžia įžengus į butą. Pro svetainės–virtuvės kambario langus atsiveria vaizdas į Vilnelės krantinę, ir tarsi nuo upės kylantis rūkas jis įsisuka per spalvas, apšvietimo bei funkcinius sprendimus buto interjere.
Kuriant šį interjerą pasirinktas tamsaus, dūminto ąžuolo ir šiltai pilkos smėlio spalvos derinys.
Dalis parinkto medžiagiškumo pasikartoja didžiojoje buto dalyje. Calacatta marmuro gyslos slysta nuo virtuvės zonos link koridoriaus iki pat vonios kambario zonos. Tai padeda sujungti atskiras erdves į visumą, taip pat pabrėžia buto mikrologistikos kryptį judant iš vieno buto galo į kitą, tai tarsi ašis, atskirianti funkcines zonas.
Veidrodžių panaudojimas nuo grindų iki lubų – sukuriama savotiška iliuzija, jų pagalba panaikinome erdvių suvokimo ribas ir jas išplėtėme išvengdami nereikalingų atspindžių.
Stiklinės vitrinos įgalina praplėsti nedidelę buto centrinėje dalyje esančio darbo kambario erdvę ir apjungti su gretimai esančiomis svetainės ir koridoriaus erdvėmis. Kambaryje pasitelkta išmanioji plėvelė (Smart Film) leidžia keisti privatumo santykį su besiribojančiomis erdvėmis.
Vertindami buto kvadratūros deficitą, atsakingai projektavome kiekvieną buto kampelį, buitinę techniką integravome į korpusinius baldus su galimybe visiškai ją paslėpti. Koridoriuje numatėme uždarą erdvę daiktams sandėliuoti, taip išvengdami didelių baldų svetainėje ir miegamajame kambaryje.

In the newly rejuvenated Paupys district of the capital, alongside the Vilnelė River, a 72 square meter apartment with three rooms has been meticulously developed. Emphasising our dedication to maintaining respect for the building's architecture and creating a connection with it, we have chosen a modern, straight-lined, and somewhat laconic stylistic approach. This decision also fosters a closer relationship with the building and its surroundings.
One of the primary objectives in designing the interior was to unite and, if necessary, delineate the apartment's spaces. The rooms are accessible from a central corridor, which serves as the axis of the apartment's spatial layout and the genesis of interior architectural decisions upon entry. The living room-kitchen windows reveal a picturesque view of the Vilnelė Riverbank, where the mist rising from the river intertwines with the interior's colors, lighting, and functional solutions.
For this interior, we have chosen a combination of dark, smoked oak and warm grey sand color, a theme that recurs throughout the majority of the apartment. The materiality extends to the use of Calacatta marble, which seamlessly weaves from the kitchen area through the corridor to the bathroom zone. This design harmoniously unites separate spaces into a cohesive whole, while also guiding the apartment's micro-logistics, creating an axis that distinctly separates functional zones.
Floor-to-ceiling mirrors create an extraordinary illusion, expanding the perception of space and eradicating its boundaries, all while avoiding unnecessary reflections. Glass showcases in the centrally located workroom of the apartment extend the room's dimensions and blend it with the adjacent living room and corridor spaces. The smart film technology used in this room allows for adjustable privacy levels with the bordering spaces. Acknowledging the premium nature of the apartment's square footage, every corner has been thoughtfully designed. Home appliances are integrated into built-in furniture, with the capability to be completely concealed. A designated closed storage space in the corridor eliminates the need for bulky furniture in the living and sleeping areas, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the apartment.
