Užsakovai norėjo modernaus japandi stiliaus buto su midcentury elementais, daug dėmesio skiriant funkcionalumui, ypač virtuvei. Spalvų gama – žemiška: pilkšvi, rudi, molio, žali tonai, juodi akcentai. Butas pasižymi pailgomis erdvėmis, koridoriais, kuriuos funkcionaliai išnaudojome, o virtuvės ir svetainės erdvėje valgomojo stalas sujungtas su sala, siekiant erdvės patogumo. Virtuvė dekoruota natūralaus ąžuolo faneruote, akmens stalviršiais, detalės kruopščiai integruotos. Lubose slepiami vedinimo ortakiai, o bioninės formos šviestuvai ir apvalios baldų linijos suteikia lengvumo.
Sienos dengtos molio tinku, sukuriant vientisumo ir gylio efektą. Svetainėje – segmentinė sofa, stiklinis stalelis, juoda siena su bio židiniu ir TV zona. Miegamajame – ąžuolo faneruotės skydai, skirstantys miego ir darbo zonas, ir integruoti lenkti elementai. Vonios kambariuose dėmesys funkcionalumui ir estetikos detalėms: margos plytelės, dvigubas dušas, unikalus praustuvas. Vaikų kambariai suplanuoti panašiai, su drabužinėmis, stalu ir lentynomis. Mažesniajam pritaikyta lego siena ir augantis stalas, o vyresnėlio kambaryje – neoniniai akcentai bei žaismingos geometrinių formų lentynos.

The clients requested a modern Japandi-style apartment with a touch of midcentury elements, emphasizing functionality, particularly in the kitchen. The color palette is earthy: shades of gray, brown, clay, green, and black accents. The apartment features elongated spaces and corridors, utilized efficiently. The kitchen and living area combine the dining table with the island for better use of space and functionality. The kitchen is designed with natural oak veneer, stone countertops, and carefully integrated details. Ventilation ducts are concealed in a curved ceiling element with integrated lighting, blending seamlessly into the interior.
Clay plaster walls add depth and continuity throughout. In the living room, a sectional sofa, a glass coffee table, and a black wall with a bio fireplace and TV area create a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The bedroom highlights oak veneer panels, dividing the sleeping and work areas, with a unique painted metal rod serving as a functional headboard and storage feature. Curved elements above the bed conceal ventilation ducts, while a black grid ceiling lamp adds a soft glow.
Sliding doors lead from the bedroom to a private walk-in closet and the master bathroom, featuring patterned geometric tiles and a spacious double shower. The children’s bathroom, though smaller, is cozy and stylish, with contrasting textured tiles and a unique washbasin. The children’s rooms are similarly planned, each with a mini wardrobe, bed, desk, and shelves. The younger child’s room includes a creative Lego wall and an adjustable-height desk. The older child’s room feels more mature, featuring neon accents and geometric shelves that bring both color and structure to the space.
