ŠEIMOS ISTORIJOS PAVEIKSLAS
Būstas, kurio istorija pradedama pasakoti ne nuo balto lapo, visada turi daugiau sluoksnių, įkvepiančių atrasti užslėptą erdvių potencialą. Nors ir nėra itin senas, bet per tris dešimtmečius šis butas buvo matęs ne vieną šeimininką, išgyvenęs ne vieną remontą ir transformaciją. Užsakovai į mus kreipėsi dėl būsto atnaujinimo, turėdami tikslą iš esmės sutvarkyti virtuvės, vonios, vaikų ir gyvenamąjį kambarius taip, kad rastųsi vietos gausiai knygų kolekcijai bei šeimos valgomojo stalui. Itin detaliai įvertinę situaciją bei funkcionalumą, nusprendėme esamas erdves perplanuoti. Naujame plane atsisakėme dalies pertvaros, skyrusios virtuvę nuo gyvenamosios erdvės ir suformavome baldinį tūrį, pagrindinį virtuvės darbastalį orientuodami į gyvenamąją erdvę.
Taip sukūrėme jaukų ryšį tarp abiejų erdvių, kuriose šeima praleidžia daugiausiai laiko. Gan reikšmingi funkciniai pokyčiai buvo atlikti ir vonios kambaryje, hole tarp miegamųjų bei miegamojo drabužinėje. Vonios kambaryje suformavome didelę dušo erdvę, numatėme naujas vietas vonios santechnikai bei baldams ir „iškraustėme“ skalbyklę į jai suprojektuotą atskirą erdvę. Knygų lentyna – vienas pagrindinių šio būsto akcentų. Tai tarsi didelis, gražus ir vertingas šeimos istorijos paveikslas.
FAMILY HISTORY PICTURE
A home story which begins not from the blank page always has more layers, inspiring us to discover the hidden potential of the spaces. This apartment is not very old but has seen more than one owner over the past three decades. Also more than one renovation and transformation has been made. The clients contacted us for the home renovation, with the goal of fundamentally reorganizing the kitchen, bathroom, children's and living rooms so that there would be space for a large collection of books and a family dining table. After assessing the situation we've decided to replan the existing spaces. We've removed part of the partition which was separating the kitchen from the living space. This open area was perfect for the kitchen and the bar function from the living room.
In this way, we've created a cozy connection between the two spaces, where the family spends most of their time. Quite significant functional changes were also made in the bathroom, the hall between the bedrooms and the bedroom wardrobe. In the bathroom we've planned a large shower area, new places for bathroom equipment and furniture. The laundry room was moved into a separately designed space. The bookshelf is one of the main accents of this interior. It is like a large, beautiful and valuable picture of family history.
