Viešbutis „Fahana“ Gran Kanarijoje
Butikinis aštuonių kambarių viešbutis, įkūręs Atlanto vandenyno pakrantėje, Gran Kanarijos saloje, Playa del Ingles rajone, kurortinėje salos dalyje. Viešbutis rekonstruotas iš tos pačios paskirties pastato, pilnai atnaujinant tiek pastato interjerą, eksterjerą bei visą viešbučio aplinką. Kuriant naują vizualinį identitetą viešbučiui norėta išlaikyti esamo pastato autentiškumą bei atsižvelgti į salos gamtą. Todėl interjere vyrauja ramios pastelinės spalvos, o kieme dominuoja vietinė augalija. Atvykusius svečius pasitinka kaktusų alėja vedanti į kiekvieną kambarį. Ant viešbučio stogo įrengta terasa deginimuisi ant kurios patenkama prie kambarių įėjimų esančiais sraigtiniais laiptais. Prie pagrindinio viešbučio įėjimo įrengta pusryčių erdvė, o visą kiemą vainikuoja iškeltas baseinas stiklinėmis sienomis. Rekonstruojant viešbutį pilnai pakeistas kambario išplanavimas, vonią perkeliant prie fasado sienos ir taip išplečiant miegamojo ir svetainės erdves. Vonioje suprojektuoti du langai – vienas iš kiemo įleidžia natūralią šviesą, kitas apžvelgia kambario vidų ir taip suteikia visam kambariui permatomumo efektą. Virš lovos paliktas stoglangis sukuria papildomą žaismą šviesą, o didžiulis terasos langas atveria vaizdą tiesiai į kieme esantį stiklinį baseiną.

A boutique eight-room hotel located on the Atlantic coast of Gran Canaria, in Playa del Ingles district. The hotel was reconstructed from a building of the same purpose, completely renovating both the building's interior and exterior as well as the entire hotel environment. When creating a new visual identity for the hotel, we wanted to maintain the authenticity of the existing building and take into account the nature of the island. Therefore, the interior is comprised of calm pastel colours, and the yard is dominated by local vegetation. Arriving guests are greeted by an alley of cacti leading to each room. There is a terrace for sunbathing on the roof of the hotel, which is accessed via the spiral staircase located at the rooms entrances. There is a breakfast area at the hotel's main entrance, and the entire courtyard is crowned by a raised pool with glass walls. During the reconstruction of the hotel, the layout of the room was completely changed, moving the bathroom to the facade wall and thus expanding the bedroom and living room spaces. Two windows are designed in the bathroom - one lets in natural light from the yard, the other overlooks the interior of the room, thus giving the entire room a transparent effect. A skylight left above the bed creates additional playful light, and a huge terrace window opens the view directly to the glass pool in the backyard.
